“Hard to rate this specific activity. It rained a lot the week of making the river trek dangerous. Instead our guide Tetsuya took us to 2 waterfalls, a cave under Mt. Fuji, A local restaurant for yakisoba, and a tea field where we picked tea and then ate it, tempura style, while a tea master made various kinds of tea for us. I would 100% book this or any adventure led by Tetsuya again. He is a fun guide and goes out of his way to take pictures and videos as keepsakes. This trip, I stopped in 13 cities in 7 different countries and this was my favorite excursion!”
